Terraria is discounted today on both Xbox One and Xbox 360, as part of the Xbox Countdown to 2015.
The sandbox adventure game is 40% off on each console, bringing its price down to $12 USD on Xbox One, and $9 USD on Xbox 360.
Terraria was initially released on PC in 2011, and has since been brought to Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Vita, and iPhone. This year's current-gen version of the game is three times the size of the previous console versions, according to co-developer Engine Software. It also features 1,000 new items, 2-4 player split-screen, up to eight players online, a new boss and new enemies.
Microsoft also revealed this week's Deals with Gold, which feature a slew of LEGO games on Xbox One and Xbox 360. Head over to Major Nelson's blog for the full list.
Check back to IGN tomorrow for the next set of Xbox's Countdown to 2015 daily deals.
